The trustees hold in trust on behalf of the congregation all property, real and personal.
They represent the church in all legal matters, ensure that the facilities are safe and secure and meet all legal requirements.
They ensure that a fire plan is in place and that adequate insurance coverage is maintained on both manse and church. It is their responsibility to maintain inventory of church property, including building and contents.
