Questions about purpose, eternity and love. Alpha is a series of interactive sessions to explore those questions with talk and open discussion.

Over 29 million people have tried the Alpha Video in 169 countries, and it has been translated into 112 different languages. Developed as a video course to explore the Christian faith. Alpha now runs in every part of the global church, including the Catholic Church, the Orthodox Church and all mainline Protestant denominations. Alpha is a series of video sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each video talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation. Alpha is run all around the globe. Everyone’s welcome.

Alpha begins on Monday, January 9 and runs until Monday, March 6 (with Monday, March 13 and Monday, March 20 held in reserve in case of snowstorm cancellation or the illness of the leader). There is also no session on Family Day Monday, February 20th. The sessions are from 7:15 pm to 9:00 pm held in Bronte Hall.

There will be two 29-minute videos shown each evening with a time of discussion after each one. Rev. Jim will conduct the sessions. There is nothing to buy, there is no reading ahead of time or small group reporters required needing to report back to the larger group.
