Halton Region Health Department will be running their one-day Food Handler Training Course at Walton United Church. The course is taught by a Health Inspector. Anyone 14 years of age or older who is interested is welcome to attend.
The course will run the full day from 8:45 a.m. sharp to 4:30 p.m. and participants must be present for the full day. Each person receives their own workbook resource to keep. During the last hour, the exam will be administered.
The Certification covers a five-year period. For those whose certificate expires this year, this is a good opportunity to re-certify.
Registration required in the Church Office and, as we must have a minimum of 10 people, we will cut off sign ups on Thursday, February 22, 2018.
