A Workshop for anyone going through or anticipating an important change or time in their life. Learn how self image is formed and affected, the components of self esteem and the strengths which enable us to navigate change. We will also explore the grieving which may accompany these changes and the areas that may need healing in order to live fully who and where we are now.

Using tools, mini-presentations, personal reflection and group work, we will learn how to refresh and renew our spirit while creating space for life’s changes.

Together we will Discover the Sustaining Power of Faith in Times of Change.
