An invitation to Come, sit at the Feet of Jesus. A time of Prayerful Pause will take place on Good Friday, April 14th, from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. in the Walton Sanctuary.
A time to come into the Sanctuary and just be, just rest in the Lord. Come for a few moments, come for a longer time, come as you are called, for it is the Lord who invites us. The Church and the Sanctuary will be open noon to 5:00 p.m., there will always be a member of the organizing committee in the Church during this time. All are welcome to take part in this opportunity for quiet prayer, Bible reading, reflection, a time of just being, however you would like to spend this time.
There is no wrong way to spend time with God. When we pray, when we invite God into our lives, and share the deepest parts of our hearts with God, it is less important how we say it or how we do it, than the fact that we made time for the conversation. All are welcome.
