Uncle Sam wants YOU to help with the Turkey Dinner!

Uncle Sam Turkey DinnerCould you cook a turkey?
Could you bake a pie?

Can you volunteer on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (Nov 9-11) to help set up, prepare and cook?

We need 30 volunteers to cook turkeys, as well as 40 or 50 to bake a couple of pies.

To make this successful, we need volunteers to perform the following activities:

– peel squash Friday morning
– peel potatoes on Saturday morning
– and set up, serve meals, clear tables and wash dishes on Sunday afternoon and evening

In total we need 75 men, and some members of the Senior Youth Group who can help for two or three hours at one or more of the following times:

– Friday morning from 9am to 12pm
– Saturday morning from 8:30am to 11:30am
– Sunday morning from 9am to 1pm
– Sunday afternoon between 2pm and 8:30pm

Once we know who is available at what times, we will let you know what shifts you are needed to help.
